Recently Norwest Productions teamed up with the Canadian company Solotech to provide equipment and crew for the recent Leonard Cohen New Zealand and Australian tour. The tour commenced in Wellington New Zealand on January 20 and made its way to Auckland, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Hunter Valley, Bowral, Brisbane, Perth and finally back to Melbourne on February 10 to conclude the Australasian leg of the tour.
By teaming up with Solotech, Norwest Productions were able to provide the touring system that matched the rider with the correct equipment required for the run.
The main speaker system comprised of Meyer Milo 90° and 120° with Meyer M3D's subs flown and Meyer 700HP subs on the ground.Meyer M2D and UPA1/2Ps performed Frontfill and Subfill duties.
Solotech supplied the FOH system which consisted of two Digidesign D-Show Profile consoles as well as specialty equipment such as Lexicon 960L Reverb, 3 x Millenia quad Preamps, 2 x Apogee AD16s, Apogee Big Ben, and 4 x Clair 12AM for Leonard. |
